Thanks for trying, David, though that did not help. I solved the problem
with the name showing as =?windows-1252?Q?Philip?=" by changing to a two-
word name (Paleo Phil instead of Philip).
I still get a "=2-" or "=" at line breaks in digest-format emails, however.
