Hi Lynnet;

I agree - although raw seems to be better than commercial if one really 
wants to use dairy. I think Philip's post about the high percentages of 
malabsorbers of dairy indicates to me that it is not a food to which humans 
have adapted yet. Therefore, not paleo.
