*** I think Ginny was too kind... canola oil = poison. First, it is 
genetically engineered rapeseed to remove the overtly toxic compounds. Then 
it "purified" and whatever other harmful processes go into producing the 
final still-toxic product.

In my special little world, if it can't be made with butter, olive oil, or 
coconut oil, it doesn't need to be made.
