Hello people

Can anyone help with my failed google search...

I was trying to find if there is any evidence to link diet to
premature birth.  I even tried searching for premature birth in
traditional societies but found absolutely nothing.  I also read
somewhere that birth among modern hunter-gatherer women is painless
but I can't find anything to support that either.  Any one know
anything about this stuff?
