The punch line on this issue right now is ..it's still just a Bill....Bush
still has to ratify it....and...based on his policies on immigaration....him
wanting to get a way to "register and legalize" illegal immigrants already in
the US...plus he's always been a proponent for this DV program.....he might not
actually sign this bill...so....although the article says the White House sort
of likes this new bill.....there's still a chance it might be thrown out the
window.....this issue has been under debate in the senate for years
now....and....this is the closest they've ever come to cancelling the
program....just that alone is a little bit scary I must say.....let's all wait
and see...
