Do you have experience and suggestions for using Manna from Anna's bread mix in the Zojirushi bread machine? We loved the taste and texture as long as I made it with a Kitchen Aid mixer and baked it in the oven, but the bread from the Zo was very spongy, like white bread. I have been baking gluten-free for many years (our 26 yr old daughter is a life-long celiac) but our 3 yr old granddaughter loves the Anna's bread and I do feel it's very nutritious (and a mix is much easier for her Mom and me).
