Fall is here and we are getting ready at 1-2-3 Gluten Free.

We have some wonderful products for the fall and are releasing new
products before months end.

Have you tried our Sweet Goodness Pan Bars? Just add eggs, oil, and your
choice of unsweetened applesauce, canned pumpking, or mashed banana and in
about 30 minutes you will have a 9x13 pan of extremely moist apple spice,
pumpkin or banana bars. The mix is versatile so you can choose the flavor
later.

Additionally, we have Meredith's Marvelous Muffin/Quickbread mix. This
mix is also versatile and you can choose to make it into banana, carrot,
zucchini, or pumpkin muffins or quickbread.

We offer 2 poundcakes: Delightfully Gratifying Poundcake has just a hint
of lemon and Peri's Perfect Chocolate Poundcake is wonderful as well, with
or without a dollop of whipped cream.

Are you making Halloween cookies with your kids? Try Lindsay's Lipsmackin'
Roll-out & Cut Sugar Cookies.

How about a batch of pumpkin pancakes with warm maple syrup? Try Allie's
Awesome Buckwheat pancakes (the recipe is on our website:
www.123glutenfree.com).

As the weather turns colder, do you crave chicken pot pie. Try using our
Southern Glory Biscuit mix for the topping. (The recipe for chicken pot
pie can be found on our website: www.123glutenfree.com )

Aaron's Favorite Rolls are delectably tender and are gluten, wheat, and
soy-free.

We have great brownies with lots of chunks of chocolate in them.

All of our mixes are free of gluten and wheat. Many of our mixes are free
of other common allergens, including dairy (casein), soy, corn, and egg.

Check out our website for more information. www.123glutenfree.com

Sign up for updates and special offers on our website as well.

Wishing you and your family a safe and happy autumn.

Carol and Kim.
