The Gluten-Free Crusaders, a branch of Gluten Intolerance Group, will meet
Sunday, May 6, at 2 p.m. in the downstairs conference room at Regional
Hospital of Jackson, Tenn.
The meeting will feature "Unlocking the Mystery of Gluten Intolerance." This
DVD discusses the connection between gluten intolerance and autoimmune
disease. Members also will share other information about gluten intolerance
as well as recipes and their favorite gluten-free snacks.
Group meetings are open to anyone who may benefit from a gluten-free diet
including those with gluten intolerance, celiac disease, other digestive
disorders, dermatitis herpetiformis, autism, and autoimmune disease. Loved
ones and interested medical professionals also are welcome.
