In his book, "No BS," author Dan Kennedy mentions the best way for a business
to tell folks about their products is through testimonials. Here's one for
you to read:
"The pizza crusts arrived today. I am so excited! I love the size, they are
perfect. I also love the fact that I can order gluten free baked things online
have them delivered! I was in Rochester for a week…and was told…from a
nutritionist at Mayo Clinic. My partner made an awe inspiring pizza, using really
great toppings. THE CRUST WAS REALLY GREAT! We took one of the sugar cookies and
made crumbs with gluten free ginger snaps & turned the mixture into a great
crust for a key lime pie. Holly, you have created a gold mine for individuals
with Celiac. As I navigate the nuances of this diet I am thrilled to have
discovered your baked goods. I have been told over and over again, how hard this
diet is. Quite frankly, I am not finding that to be the case at all, in part to
the dedication and passion of individuals like you. Keep up the good work and
I look forward to placing another order soon." -CT in St. Paul, MN
FYI - Folks have also told Holly, owner of The Silly Yak Bakery, they use the
pizza crusts to make Sandwich Wraps!

Remember when you order the GF Cinnamon Swirl, ask for the recipe for
Double-decker French Toast with a layer of bananas in between.
