Comments: The Masalaa restaurant's Denver location has put together a
selection, where spices make their presence across a variety of vegetarian dishes,
each true to its native origins. In their Denver area location only, they
have created a gluten-free menu that offers over 25 items made especially by
their chefs. They offer gluten-free beverages, appetizers, entrees and
specials Indian food. So let your palate lead the way to India. :-)
Find details, addresses, phone numbers, and
directions to these, and other participating
restaurants, on the Gluten-Free Restaurant
Awareness Program
web site:www.glutenfreerestaurants.org
I encourage everyone to dine at these
restaurants offering GF service. They have
gone to much effort to ensure that you have
a safe and pleasurable dining experience.
To make it worth their while to continue
providing this service they need to have
GF customers. Have fun & enjoy life!

Note: Although each restaurant makes every
effort to accommodate each persons specific
dietary needs, it is still each diner's
responsibility to take personal accountability
for their own meal.
