I am sad to say I need to replace the bread machine I have been using
non-stop for 11 years...the mixing blade went down the disposal, and it
is too old of a model to get a replacement - boo hoo.
I had a Hitachi, and I liked it because it had a "rapid" cycle that
turned out a great gf loaf without needing to be specially programmed.
I am not mechanically competent, do not like to wade thru technical
manuals, etc. I need a simple, easy-to-use, reliable machine - idiot
proof :-). And I need one that will last - I use it at least once a
week (feeding three growing gf kids).
Does anyone have experience with the following model: Oster 5838
Expressbake?
Does anyone have a recommendation for a simple bread machine?
Thanks so much, Lynn
