Summary of mcdonalds fries in canada:

A representative from mcdonalds restaurants verified that the canadian fries
do NOT contain wheat or dairy.

She told me that the recipe for the fries is different in canada, as are
many of their products.

She also told me that if the ingredients change, the canadian website is
immediately updated.

Has anyone checked on the mcdonalds fries in canada ?

The ingredient list does not say anything about wheat and/or dairy.
In fact, they do not claim to use the 'flavorings' that are used in the US
fries.
