Sorry it took so long to get back with the cd info.
2005 world series poker by activision.

 I don't think spyaxe 3.0 came off the CD but one of the Internet  sites it
took my Son to. When I was trying to remove that program the computer  was
tring to sign on to a verity of online gambling sites as fast as I could  delete
them.

I tried all that was suggested and nothing worked to totally remove spyaxe.
He needed his computer back fast because of school so I just zeroed the drive
and reinstalled all his programs. Thanks to all who offered help,
