The definitive info, I believe, is the reference, "South Med J
1988;81:61-3". I would try calling the library at a university that has a
medical school. They can probably get the full article, maybe for a fee.

Just a suggestion. I am not a medical person or a researcher. This is simply
what I would do. If you follow up, please let me know what happens.
