Hi Russ.  You enter license renew and then go to ULS.  Then you enter your
FRN number and then your CORE password. If you don't have your password, you
need to renew this part with the FCC.  There is a link to a section called
Forgot your password? or something like that.  After getting your password,
sign in and then you will be asked if your are except from any fees,  you
enter on the part that you will pay a fee, but they will not charge you
after filling out the application.  After checking your data, you can
submit.  After you get the acceptance page, mark down your filing number and
keep with your records.  If this doesn't work, contact Avery at Handihams
