First try System Restore.
If that doesn't work type the whole error message, including the error code
Number, into Google. You'll find 1000's of possible reasons and solutions.
Select the ones that best fit your setup.
For example, it's a common problem with older versions of Roxio's EasyCD,
in which case you need to download new drivers.
