Hi,
I have bought a new computer a couple of months ago (June).
Here is the hardware information of my system:
AMD 3200, 512 mb ram, 80 GB sata samsung hard disk, motherboard asus A8N-SLI socket 939, xfx 6600 LE nvidia video card, benco dvd burner, lg flatron L1718S monitor.
Here is my situation:
I have windows xp pro installed on this system. When I want to switch to another user, i click on start, then "another user" (i have a dutch windows) and then i will get the screen with different users.
when i choose a different user, windows tries to open the different user, user is select but when that happens the screen goes black, and i can see that the monitor goes into standby situation. when i move the mouse, i can only see the mouse moving across the screen.
Could this be a hardware problem? I have updated my bios and the problem keeps coming back.
