Has anyone noticed that many ADDer's have allergies? I personally am
allergic to 4 out of the five tree groups, all the minor tree groups. Mold,
dust, all the weeds and grasses, cats, shrimp, lobster. Sage and alfalfa
pollen. etc...

I receive immuno injection therapy("allergy shots") for my allergies and
have found them to be very beneficial. However, they are a real pain to
maintain. I use to take Seldane, but that has been banned recently, and can
no longer be purchased in the USA. Now it's either Zyrtec or Claritin,
which is unbelievably expensive. Luckily I have comprehensive health
coverage, because a refill of Zyrtec can run upwards of $200. Another great
medicine is Flonase, which is a steroidal allergy spray. Some people have
expressed reservations about the long term use of steroids. However, it
should be noted that allergy sufferers are anything but immune-deficitent.
Also, their are the usual antihistamines, Benadryl, Tavist and Tavis-D,
etc...

So, are their any other's out their that have ADD and suffer allergies?
