Just for clarification: lactoalbumin and lactoglobulin are
the two proteins present in whey, so if you don't react to
casein but react to whey you have to be allergic to either
lactoalbumin or lactoglobulin or both.
And to express my opinion on the list: I am sorry that some of
you see it as an unsupportive place, for me it's great as it
is as it allows me to receive lots of interesting information
without too much mail load. Otherwise I couldn't stay suscribed.
