Some of the early posts that appeared to come from me were actually
from other people, that I forwarded to the list. This happened
because of a problem with headers, that I have now remedied by
changing everyone from dual to short headers. It may have caused some
confusion by people responding to these posts as if they were from
me. Sorry about that.
