The camp sounds so dangerous, but if you're going to risk it, I'd send her
complete food each week. Maybe they'd let you have a fridge to yourself
that she could get her food from. That way you don't have to trust the
food workers. A fridge could even be rented by you if they can't spare one
of theirs. A month is a long time. We've all dealt with the family
members who push the limits because they just don't want to honor the
situation. I think busy camp food workers would be even worse.

I don't have any idea, but accidents happen. The safest way for us all is
to retain full reponsibility and control of our food.
