I would only use cold pressed oils and margarines. The hydrogenated ones will
eventually just plug your system up. Spectrum has a margarine with no
transfatty acids, it's my first choice.
And it's soy.

should we really be using butter flavoured shortening if we are allergic
to milk protein? I for one have always kept away from artificial
flavoured anything to do with milk? Any comments?
