Dear Cherie,
I have a question for you. We know that heating fruits or veggies
destroys the delicat vitamins and enzymes...I put fruit in a blender and
them freeze the liquid pulp as ice cubes, later producing smoothies with
apple cider or orange juice. The question is: Am I preserving the
vitamins by freezing these fruits?
