A few weeks ago, someone on this list recommended flax seed oil for  
arthritis inflammation, and I wondered if anyone was actually using  
it.  If anyone is taking flax seed oil, please share your experience  
- how effective is (was) it?  How long have you been taking it?   
Also, how long did you take it before it evidenced any benefits?
