Kathy Jo,

If you haven't signed a contract yet, I would feel no obligation to your
caseworker.  She is doing a job, not doing you a favor.  I would tell her as
soon as possible.  Why wait until June?  Things aren't going to get any
easier.  Why are you parents so eager to see you move out all of a sudden?
Weren't they very adamant about keeping control over you before?  I don't
think it's a great idea to have foster children take over your space as soon
as you move out.  You may need something to fall back on in case your plan
doesn't work out.  This all seems very sudden to me.  What triggered your
decision?  How do you feel about the organizations you would be working
with?
