I wonder what it means to complete something in the style of Cass Gilbert?

I see from wiki that he was also one of the first celebrity architects. 
Strange, my friends and I call these the "3-letter architects" (FLW being 
the most obvious example) - yet I can't find Cass's middle name in a very 
brief web search. I hope it begins with "O" so I can call him COG.
