If there was no aggregate or sand but only cement and water, or even
dry, then technically it could sound like a giant screwdriver mixing
cement. But you also point out the relevance of having an architect on
staff, leastways on BP, to point out that we should always make sure
that we have the proper ingredients on hand when building.
