Hi Richard,

Not sure which version of window eyes you have, but I think they started shipping dec access-32 with version 4.5 or something.

Anyway, go into the select synthesizers menu and hit the letter d and that should take you to it.  

It's proprietary to window eyes so jfw won't see it.  You can, of course, buy the full version if you want to shell out the bux, but this one works pretty well with 
window eyes.
