I almost always have my HT with me, 1 of them anyway.

Right, I have most of my chargers connected to a power strip, and I just
should turn off the strip when not in use.  Sometimes I put off charging
things, but try and get it all done when I am not at home.  I have to
confess that I do not carry my HT around as much as I used to now that I
have my Trekker, but I should in case something happens when I am at the
hospital or a net is activated for whatever reason.
