I hadn't seen this argument before. What I had seen before regarding
eating pizza and bodybuilding was that it was a quick and easy way
to "bulk up" (add calories, and therefore, weight). I don't recall seeing
pizza being promoted as an ideal health food. The closest thing I've seen
to that is when people advocate eating pizzas with thin, whole grain
crusts and veggie toppings, as a healthier alternative to standard pizzas.
