       Hi Listmates:

My family will be visiting Springfield, IL on January 14 and 15th. My son
will be playing in a basketball tournament at Our Saviour Lutheran Church in
Springfield, IL. The  team will be staying at the Baymont Inn. I am wondering if
there are any gluten free friendly restaurants around Our Saviour Lutheran
Church and also around the Baymont Inn. Any suggestions will be helpful and
appreciated.
