I just want to correct a mistake in the post titled "Gluten "free" ".
The FDA has no regulations whatsoever about how many ppm they allow in
products labeled "gluten-free".
There is such a regulation in Canada: products labeled gf have to test
less than 20 ppm, and they tests these products regularly. Many have been
removed from the shells in the past as they didn't pass the test.
So, if you buy products made in Canada such as Glutino, Kinnikinnick,
etc..., you know they are really GF.
In Europe, they follow the Codex Alimentarus (not sure the real name)which
allows 200 ppm.
