Thought I would pass along some information about a dry soup which I
tried last year and thought about getting some more. Here is the
response I got from the company. They are alittle pricey but they make 8
cups and are really good. I was pleasantly surprised when I mentioned
that I had celiac disease at their booth and they knew exactly what I was
talking about and which products were OK. Their website doesn't list
ingredients so I thought I would check with company before ordering
anymore.

Hello,
We have 10 soups that are gluten free my daughter who is 20 also is a
celiac.
The only two soups that we have with gluten are the BEEF BARLEY {natural
gluten} AND THE TEN BEAN { cause it has some barley mixed in with the
beans}. All our dips are also gluten free.
All our soups and dips are on the web site. www.darbycreeksoups.com. A
few
of my daughters favorite things are to take the potato soup and pour it
over
baked chicken and the chicken stew as it is it comes out just like a soup
not a thick stew. Also the cheddar broccoli over her baked potatoes.
Thank You, Tina Belair
