The Gluten-Free Crusaders will host another cooking demonstration featuring
Carol Jean Roberts on Sunday, March 5 at 2:00 P.M. in the basement
conference room of Regional Hospital of Jackson, TN.

Roberts was diagnosed with celiac disease 21 years ago and has since founded
Grandma Whimsy's Cupboard, a company that produces a flour blend free from
all common allergens. Roberts is in the process of opening a factory in
Clifton, TN. She also has served as a teacher/consultant and done cooking
demos at major celiac conferences and for celiac groups in the US and
Canada.
 
Samples will be available for tasting and products will be available for
purchase at the meeting. Door prizes from other companies and the "BASIC
TRAINING MANUAL FOR GLUTEN-FREE LIVING will be provided.
