I received a lot of suggestions on what to do about the cake falling apart
when taking it out of the pan. I tried some of them myself this weekend
and the cakes came out of the pan just fine! I am using mixes and I added
one tablespoon of mayonnaise to each cake, sprayed the pans, put wax paper
on the bottom of each pan and sprayed it. I let them cool for 10-15
minutes then turned the cakes out of the pan. Now we can have gluten free
wedding cake at the wedding! Thanks for all your suggestions!
