Q: I know when reading a food label, the ingedient "modified food starch"
needs to be checked out further to determine if the food is or isn't GF
since this ingredient may contain wheat or another gluten. However, I am a
bit confused when I see "modified corn starch" listed - could it be modified
with gluten and not be GF? I will summarize.

Thanks!

Jane - NY
