Thank you all so much for your responses. I am so lucky to have this
wonderful resource! I love in Mahopac NY which is about an hour north of
NYC. I shop at the local natural food stores, Mrs. Greens and whole foods
near my job, the grocery stores now carry alot of products for me. I have a
twelve year old who was negative for Celiac! lucky child! Iam thankful
though it could be much worse..

I have dound so much form the web most of it here, things I wouldnt have
thought of like shampoo and conditions skin care. Its makes absolute sense
when i think about it, i never thought my favorite shampoo and conditioner
Tres Ame has wheat in it!
