This week I called Quaker about their Rice Cakes at 1-800-856-5781. They told
me they are GF, but they cannot guarantee that the grains are not harvested or
stored with other grains.

The Caramel Corn Rice Cake is really good. I would like to know if anyone in 
this group has eaten their Rice Cakes, and if you have had any trouble, or if
anyone cannot tolerate them. 

Thanks for your help. This is a wonderful group, and has been very helpful to 
me in so many ways since I was diagnosed with Celiac.
