The USA Weekend, an insert in many Sunday newspapers, has an article entitled
15 things you should do for your baby...Number 11 is to "Introduce grains
after Baby is 7 months old." Babies who were fed grains at 3 months were at a
higher risk of developing celiac than those who weren't fed grains until they
were 7 months.... The recommendation comes from William Cochran, MD, chair of
the American Academy of Pediatris section on Gastroenterology and Nutrition, and
is based on research done by the University of Colorado.

The article is also posted on their website at http://www.usaweekend.com/
