I have question about flavorings: In a cookbook I purchased at Whole Foods
entltled _Gluten 101_
the author writes that flavorings should not be a concern because the
process of creating them destroys harmful gluten. However, on the internet,
I have found lists which advise against using products with malt flavorings.
Do you any of you have any conclusive info on this matter? I eat Rice
Krispies and they have malt flavorings listed on the contents; however, I
have thought that this was ok since I found that info in Gluten 101. The
author is a medical professional.
