We are traveling to the St.Pete/Tampa area soon.  

In order to prepare for our trip I would like to know:
-stores that sell GF products such as bread, pizza shells, pretzels, 
waffles
-restaurants that are safe
-how your experience with the PF Changs in Tampa was and what you 
would recommend
-anything else about this area that will make my 14yo GF son's trip 
easier!
