I recently bought some arrowroot starch/flour and noticed on the bag
that it can be used as a substitute for corn starch. Since a lot of us
use corn starch 1:1 as a substitute for wheat flour, does anyone know if
you can use arrowroot starch the same way? Has anyone tried this? Please
let me know, as I'm trying to avoid corn starch. I'll summarize
responses-thanks!
