Hello List,
I am trying to find some GF Rice Paper wrappers. These are the little things that would be used to make recipes for lumpia, egg rolls, spring rolls, appetizers, etc. I found some of these in the past, but they were more of a dry product (sort of looked like a grey-ish tostada with a basketweave design throughout them). For some reason, I have in my mind that GF Rice Paper wrappers would be a refrigerated or frozen product that can be bought somewhere. Where do you find these? Is there a particular brand that is out there somewhere? Do most people just make GF Rice Paper wrappers from scratch? If you have any suggestions, I would LOVE to hear them. Thanks!
