I had the same reaction to nuts. I was using coconut oil for a year
before I clued in. Also in some toothpastes there are coconut
derivatives. Cinnamon makes me itch too.

Have you checked your laundry detergent? Deodorant? Shampoo? Pet
food? Windex stops the itching and hives.

MD put me on Atarax (in addition to the zyrtec I was already taking).
Atarax taken before bed results in a deep night's sleep - and NO
itching! Now working with an integrative MD using an
"anti-inflammatory diet": eliminated all except for chicken, fish,
fruit and vegetables. This brought my Atarax down to one fourth of a
pill!
---
I found out that other foods were bothering me: corn, nuts, beans.
After taking these other foods out of my diet most of the symptoms
have subsided.

You may need help with stomach acid. If you don't have enough of
that, you can't digest properly.
---
Have you considered "chiggers"? The little bugs chiggers burrow under
the skin and hide in warm moist places.
