I dropped dairy products from my diet after my youngest daughter was
diagnosed with anaphylaxis to dairy.  After eliminating dairy, not onlly did
my long term "blues" disappear, my skin cleared up from chronic rashes,
stomach problems abated, headaches improved, etc.
