oh god, what a bother!
my aides are allowed to, though I used to have one who refused to do it as
she was also a foster mom to 7 kids and not allowed to cut the kids nails
because of concern about diabetes. I didn't have diabetes or a problem with
blood not clotting, so didn't see the relevance. Sometimes when my
cuticles get bad I pay a salon do make me beautiful again. It's 5 bucks to
do the cutting, and the cuticles and nice massage of hands and arms. 10 if
they do polish too. but I am reluctant to have a salon do my toe nails as
there have been infections with the foot spa tub and it's just gross idea.
I mean, I have a toe fungus also, and wouldn't want to spread it.

but, yes, like I said, there are electric nail salons you can purchase and
they have different attachments, file, buff, etc. I think I have seen some
in the catalogs I get. I believe you can find it in www.lilianvernon.com
