Well, I don't know if that one is made, I bought a CDE I think for my FM 
antenna about ten years ago from a local TV antenna installer.  Check your 
local TV stores or TV antenna distributor.

Also, of course, the ham purveyors would probably carry light-duty rotors 
that people might use for VHF beams, or as an elevation rotor for working 
OSCAR.
