From the manual on ICanWorkThisThing.com it was very easy to find what you
are looking for. Just open the manual and do a find on "offset", using
notepad press f3 until you get to section you need. Only takes a few
seconds. Read on below.
Regards, Ken -N5SWR

...from the manual...
Selecting Offset Frequency

Select how much the transmit frequency will be offset from the receive
frequency.

1 select the desired band.

2 presss [menu to enter menu mode.

3 select menu no. 5 (repeater).

4 Press right arrow, then select item no. 2 (v.h.f offset or U.h.f offset).
The
current offset frequency appears.

5 Press set, then select the appropriate offset frequency. The selectable
range is from 0 MHz to 29.95 MHz in steps of 50 kHz.

6 Press [set again to complete the setting.

7 press [menu] again to exit menu mode,

Subject: TMV7A Questions

Hi List,

I suppose I could look this up in the somewhat rambling and relatively =
inarticulate special manual from Handihams, but somebody can probably =
answer it quicker on this list than the time it will take me to decipher =
the manual. =20

How do you change the off-set from the default of 600 kHz in VHF and 5 =
MB in UHF to something else in the TMV7A.

Thanks much.
