They have the VS-1 and most of the discontinued PL tone boards and will even
set the tones for you with the boards that require you solder jumpers across
pins like the one for the TR-7930 and TR-7950 and some others probably.

I will say I do not know if this company has voice boards for the Kenwood
radios.  I did purchase the interface cable and board for the Kenwood TS 940
to go to the TNC.
