Hi Kris;
For what its worth I've enjoyed the bookport. Flash cards are getting large
enough that storage wouldn't be a problem. I haven't used an ipod so can't
compare.

Hi Fred and List,

What can you tell me, if anything, about the Dell Axim? Is it similar to
say an Ipod or does it have much more functionality?

I'm interested in something I could use to:

play music files, read books and periodicals, listen to podcasts and so
forth. Of course, I want something with lots of storage.

I've considered the BookPort and am just starting to look into other
devices. I want the most functionality and the most storage I can get for
my money. I'd like to stay under $500 if possible.

Recommendations anyone?

Thanks much.

Kris
